Caravan Park

I took my granddaughter to Burnham on Sea last week. I have never met such a dedicated team of children's entertainers and any camp that has laid so much on for the kids. We forgot to fill in the form but JellieBean was a special favourite although they were all excellent. As an adult I only hope they can last the season as everything they did was very enthusiastic and High Energy. Thank you it has given her a holiday to remember..

We would personally like to thank Primrose Valley for making our holiday at Easter it was amazing! The evening entertainment was brilliant, the shows amazing & the acts superb….. All the Fun stars were brilliant which shows what a fantastic Entertainments Management team there is there, you could see that they worked together as a team, which in the past hasn’t been the same, from previous sites we have visited. Our daughter has had an absolutely fab time & cant wait to go back. Since we have been home we have now moved the August holiday to Primrose, just because we know what a fantastic holiday we’ll have & how much our daughter will enjoy it.

I would just like to comment on how impressed I was with the vigilance of your indoor pool leisure attendants. Accidentally my 6 year old son was pushed out of his depth by another swimmer with mobility problems. He was out of my reach and struggling to stay afloat. Within seconds a pool attendant dived in and brought him to me. I would recommend this holiday to anyone mainly due to the consideration, skill and standard of the people employed at the indoor pool.  Many thanks.

We had a holiday at Haggerston castle [superior plus] in may. the park was spotless, and all staff friendly and courteous, bar prices very reasonable. only thing to complain about was television reception, the restaurant on the other hand was outstanding for choice and value.

We all thought the park and staff were excellent, had a few problems with the caravans, but these were put right straight away. This was the best short break we have had in along time, and very good value for money. Many thanks to all Management and staff

Already looking at booking again and possibly using Seaview site for our Motor home getaways :) The kids entertainment was excellent, even us adults enjoyed it! All the fun stars were great but we have to mention Rob - his sense of humour and service was fantastic. Excellent break - thank you

We had a wonderful weekend at Devon Cliffs and as we have a baby on the way, we have already decided to spend our holiday there next year. Everyone on the park was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and we honestly do not have one bad thing to say about the entire park. Even down to the cleanliness and brightness of the amusement arcades, we found this to be exceptional also! Absolutely brilliant, we are very glad we chose this park. Thank-you for an excellent weekend.

We have just had the most brilliant, restful holiday at Thorpe Park, Cleethorpes, all of the staff were really helpful, friendly and happy. The park is a credit to Haven and we will not be using any other park operators only Haven. As a disabled person the caravan was spacious and very clean, well quipped and comfortable,  Thank you from one truly impressed customer.

We really enjoyed our camping stay, even though we only stayed for 2 nights and it was also our first camping trip as a family. Haven was very good value for money and the kids were able to do their own thing on an evening, which gave us a break. Thanks very much for a fantastic break and WELL DONE TO YOU ALL!

The whole family had a fantastic time at Riviere Sands, all the staff were friendly and polite and made our holiday one of the best we have had as a family. We will definitely return to Riviere Sands in the future and hope we have as good a time as we did last week.

Our second visit to Primrose Valley and once again a fantastic holiday! The entertainment team this year were excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed all the evening entertainment without exception. The facilities were great and the addition of the all weather ice skating was another winner. Definitely not our last visit to the best Haven park we have visited over the last 5 years. THANK YOU!!
